My father was a visionary pastor who had tons of vision and ideas. However, he wasn’t administrative or analytical. Sometimes, a dreamer and an administrator battle between “let's make it happen” versus “what are the logistical steps needed to make this happen.” He saw the beauty of the dream, I saw the mechanics needed to bring the dream into reality. Neither one of us was wrong in our approach, but we needed each other to see the dream come to fruition. 

I came up with a plan to execute the dream and identified the people to delegate tasks to so they could be the hands and feet of the vision. My dad was the visionary, I was the integrator, and the team was the machine. 


Vision is great, but you need someone to help you to strategize, plan, execute, and manage progress.

Para-Poimen Collaboration

I walk alongside Shepherds to help them craft, plan, communicate, execute and manage their vision or succession plans. Whether it’s the organization’s vision or a special project, my role as the integrator is to help put your dreams into action and be the glue to hold everything together with your team. This collaboration is for pastors, nonprofit leaders, and small business service providers.

Interim Operations Leader

Many leaders manage leadership duties and the day to day operations which causes burnout. Sometimes you may not have the skill to complete operational tasks but you do the work since you don’t have a lead in place to manage the process or a team to carry out the duties. I can serve as an interim Operations Director, Executive Pastor, Church Administrator to help you establish key leadership roles, develop SOPs, recruit, hire, and train your new operations leader.

Planning and Strategy

Either through a Strategy Session or VIP Intensive, I brainstorm with you and your team to strategize and plan on an area of focus. We can plan and strategize on developing your organization, reorganizing, team building, or system and process design. You can also request retainer services where I will help you plan, strategize, and monitor progress through Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Software Management System Identification

Software helps organizations manage members, clients, customers, and finances. We can help you identify, negotiate, and implement software to enhance the oversight of your organization. We can help you find church management, accounting, human resources, database, email marketing, client relationship management (CRM) software, and more, that match your budget and activities for your organization.

Systems and Processes

Systems and processes are the mechanics of your organization. I can assist you with identifying key systems you need and develop processes to operate effectively. Processes will be documented in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so you can use the document to train and educate your staff and volunteers. 

Contribution Data Entry & Reconciliation

You may not have the staff or time to stay on top of entering donations into your church management or nonprofit donor system, you record everything manually on paper, or you don’t use a system at all to record donations received from different giving methods (e.g., envelope, CashApp, Givelify, or other). Our team can help you find software that fits your organization’s needs or you can contract us to enter donations into your existing system, reconcile records to ensure your system remains clean and reduce duplication, and prepare giving statements to be mailed and/or emailed to your donors.

  • Who is this service for?
    These services are for churches, nonprofit organizations, and service providers that need help with organizing, managing their operations or teams. Clients typically have between 1-12 team members.

  • How do I get started?

  • Do you share our information with other organizations?
    No. All information is confidential. We do not disclose your organizational information to other clients. We include a nondisclosure agreement in the contract to ensure confidentiality.
  • What is the investment for this service?
    The investment will vary depending on your organizational needs and the number of team members you have. Monthly support begins at $500 a month. You can schedule a Discovery Call or Strategy Session if you need consulting services before signing up for operational management services.
