HER Learning L.A.B. Affiliate Program Terms

Welcome to the Affiliate Program ("Program") offered by HER Learning L.A.B. ("HER Learning," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Enrollment: To participate in the Program, you must be a current member of HER Learning L.A.B. Enrollment in the Program is voluntary and subject to approval by HER Learning.
Affiliate Link: Upon enrollment, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link ("Affiliate Link"). You are solely responsible for sharing this Affiliate Link with potential new members.
Compensation: You will receive $5 USD for each new member who signs up for HER Learning L.A.B. through your Affiliate Link ("Referral"). Payments will be made according to the payment schedule specified by HER Learning.
Payment: Payments for Referrals will be made on the 15th of each month via the payment method specified by you at the time of enrollment in the Program.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities: a. Spamming or sending unsolicited communications to promote your Affiliate Link. b. Misrepresenting HER Learning L.A.B. or making false claims about the Service. c. Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Termination: HER Learning reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability.
Modification of Terms: HER Learning reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Program website or by sending you an email. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT WILL HER LEARNING, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
