Equipping Leaders for Service.

Four 12 Training Group (Four 12) is an operations consultancy committed to helping women and their teams serve congregations and communities effectively. We help faith-based corporate, and community leaders strengthen their organizational infrastructure and systems to reduce burnout, improve processes, and promote synergy through member and community collaboration. It is our commitment to equip kingdom builders to optimize kingdom business through our three pillars – Organizational Development, Process Mapping, and Training.  

In 2015, we launched Kingdom Ministry Solutions, a solutions consultancy that offered administrative services to churches and small businesses. We soon realized more time was spent teaching clients about processes instead of providing administrative services. We suspended services to pray about how we can effectively help pastors and their teams. In October 2020, we established Four 12 Training Group on the foundational scripture: To equip His people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.” Ephesians 4:12.
